Pro membership questions
Can I bring paying clients into the studio?
Yes — that's the entire point. Use Creator Community Pro as part of your service offering. Your clients see a polished, branded space; you keep 100% of what you charge them.
Can I use the Founding Membership to shoot clients or other people?
No — the $99 Founding Membership is for individual creators only. The content you create must feature you as the subject. If you're shooting clients, other talent, or running a content service, Creator Community Pro is required.
How much exclusive set time is included?
At least 3 hours each month on the BYO Gear tier, and 4 hours each month on the Full Studio Package — fully private use of any set or combination of sets, with no other members in the room. Additional hours are available at a member-only discounted rate.
What's the difference between $499 and $999?
$499/mo is for pros who already own their gear — you get the space, sets, dressing room, lounge, and perks (3 hours exclusive). $999/mo includes our full studio equipment package (cinema cameras, lighting kits, lavs and shotgun mics, monitors, sliders, gimbals) plus a bonus hour of set time (4 total).
Do I need training to use your equipment?
If you choose the $999 Full Studio Package, a one-time training session on our cameras, lighting, and audio gear is required before your first shoot. BYO Gear members use their own equipment and do not need training.
Do you provide storage / memory cards?
No — you should bring your own memory cards, SSDs, or portable storage. We recommend fast, high-capacity cards rated for 4K video. Our team can suggest specific models if needed.
Do I still need a Founding Membership?
No. Pro includes every Founding Member perk — meetups, brand consideration, community, Content Cafe access — at no additional cost.
What if I need more set time in a month?
Add hours at a deeply discounted Pro member rate, well below standard studio rental pricing. Talk to us about block packages for busy seasons.
Can your team handle editing or social for my clients?
Yes — we offer add-on production services including video & photo editing, social media management, content strategy, and motion graphics. White-label or co-branded. Talk to us for a custom rate.
